    • Average Weekly Pay: $1,725+ (Based on 1,500 miles & 3 loads)

    • Backhaul Pay: $35

    🕒 SCHEDULE & HOME TIME

    • Home Weekly for a 34-hour reset

    • Routes include nights, weekends & holidays as they fall in your schedule

    • Minimum of 3 loads per week

    • Runs include 1–6 stops per trailer across a 700-mile radius of Front Royal, VA

    📦 ACCOUNT DETAILS

    • Freight Type: 100% touch freight with live unloads at Family Dollar stores

    • Delivery Region: VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV

    • Customer Interaction: Professionalism and patience required

    • Hard Backing Required – must be experienced in tight maneuvering

    • Optional Doubles Endorsement Preferred

    🎓 TRAINING & ONBOARDING

    • 1 Week Ride-Along Training with a current driver

    • Paid Shadow Runs: $150 per day

    • Must arrive with 2 weeks’ worth of supplies

    • Assigned to a tractor AFTER training completion

    🔒 RESTRICTIONS:

    Applicants currently or recently (within 6 months) working for the following carriers must have worked for another carrier since:

    • JB Hunt (requires approval from Shania Williams)

    • USA Truck (DB Schenker)
