• Average Weekly Miles:
  Drive approximately 2,000 miles/week, based on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.

• Average Weekly Pay:
  Earn a gross average of $1,200 per week, with the potential for more with bonuses.

• Truck & Equipment:
  Drive a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth for a smooth and reliable ride.

• 24/7 Operations Support:
  Get the help you need, when you need it. Our team is available around the clock to support you.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Sign-On Bonus:
  $1,000 total ($500 after your first load, $500 after 30 days). Must be active and seated to qualify.

• Performance Bonus:
  Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting the first of the month following your hire date.

• Detention Pay:
  Earn $12.50/hour after the second hour of detention.

• Layover/Breakdown Pay:
  Get $100/day for layovers or breakdowns.

• Vacation Package:

  • 1 Year = 1 Week

  • 3 Years = 2 Weeks

  • 7 Years = 3 Weeks

  • 15 Years = 4 Weeks

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 3 months OTR or regional driving experience.

• Freight Type: Willing to handle 100% no-touch freight.

• Home Time: Must be comfortable with regional driving and weekly home time.

• Reliable: Must maintain a professional attitude and be punctual.
